I'm 5’8” and about 240 lbs, and I went with an XL for this light grey quarter-zip pullover. Fit is spot-on, not too tight, not overly baggy. The material is lightweight and breathable but still feels like it has some substance, making it perfect for layering or wearing on its own in mild weather. I wish Maelreg made a medium weight version with a little sturdier of a collar, but that’s just me.
