Bought these for my fiance because his old (other brand) ones were getting very tired. The price was great and they are brightly colored, which I get a kick out of. These do not bunch up while he's sitting, moving around, or pulling up his pants, and are comfortable with pants with a snugger fit around the legs and pelvis. They are soft, breathable, and durable, and have withstood numerous washes without an inkling of fading, tearing, and wear. They were very responsive and sent out a fresh batch minutes later, which arrived very quickly and without any issue. I guess I'm not built quite like the guy in the photo. I found these to be a little baggy. I buy briefs because I don't want baggy. They were, however, comfortable enough. I liked the wider waist band and the elastic was fine. I wouldn't buy them again though.
