It is well put together/stitched but runs small so absolutely order a size up from what you would normally order. I am not sure how they came to the inches measured but they are definitely off. The color, fabric, and sewing were top notch. Oh, I also wasn't a fan of the faux white pocket square... to me this is a blazer that could look nice with jeans but the white pocket square makes it look a little too formal. I'd have kept it if it fit properly and remove that little piece of fabric.
