I LOVE this! I've been spending too much $ for too many years on expensive cold brew coffee. Even from the grocery stores..with this I get really rich flavor and I completely control WHAT goes in my coffee. Glass is really decent quality. It's not flimsy. The plastic cover is just ok. I don't use a dishwasher, but I could see it not fairing well in a dishwasher. It works great for me and I'm saving sooo much $ now on coffee. Definitely recommend

And you can brew it at room temp, but brewing it in the fridge will yield a smoother and less acidic taste, if you can wait that long for the result ;)
