Post-WWII West German Police M42 Canteen with Cup & Cover (Marked "P.Pr.Bln.")Description This is an original and rather uncommon post WWII West German Police M42 canteen with its original matching cup and cover. Although identical to the wartime version, instead of a factory code and date stamping, these are marked on both the canteen and cup "P. Pr. Bln.", denoting use by the Polizei Prsidium Berlin, or Police Headquarters Berlin. Interestingly, the insignia was scratched into the leather strap's retaining loop. Provenance
