It comes with five tip sizes US000 (1. 5mm) to US1. 5 (2. 5mm), three cables and all the little parts and pieces. All of our TWIST sets include 4" (13 cm), surgical grade, stainless steel, lace tips and two 8" 20cm, one 14" 35cm and one 22" 55cm cables. TWIST red
