HSS (high speed steel) has been heat treated for hardness and wear resistance, which keeps a sharp edge longer than other carbon steels. This set includes two back cutters. Double screws ensure wires remain securely attached. Screws are bit too tiny and had to run to the store to get one of those fine tip screw driver though.
