Purchased this for my 2022 Volvo XC60 PHEV. Used up all my 'free' dealer oil changes and not ready to drop hundreds on a simple operation. Removal of the oil filter housing on this car would be nearly impossible without this tool due to its location. With it the process was simple. On a side note, the dealership 'pros' stripped every one of the plastic splash guard nuts. Obviously in a hurry with a power tool. They also did not change out the smaller o ring included with the filter. It's a pain to remove and mine was hardened and likely original. Anyway, placed this tool in drawer with the rest of my oil wrench collection.

I like the finish of the wrench, it's easy to wipe off and if there is oil or debris anywhere on it, you'll be able to spot it immediately and wipe the part off to insure a nice, clean installation.

Works perfect for BMW S63 engine.

I used this to change the oil on my BMW M8 with the S63 engine. It was a perfect fit. It extended far enough onto the filter housing to be quite secure with no risk of slipping off and stripping the housing. It was snug on the housing and did not bind up due to having a loose fit. The tool feels well-built and I suspect it will outlive me given my occasional personal use.
