Good tasting toothpaste that cleans my teeth well. It seems to have a tiny bit of grit to it to help remove stains on your teeth. The tube is quite small. So, you do not get a lot of toothpaste. But a little goes a long way. I think that it did make my teeth a bit whiter. I did not have any sensitivity to it at all.

This toothpaste actually removed Matcha Green Tea stains that were between my teeth and other tight areas my hygienist couldn't get into. I'd say this is a product for stubborn stains and I wouldn't use it more than maybe a week at a time because it's expensive for the small size you get and I'm not entirely sure what the long term effect is on the teeth.
