The design is iron fused in a kiln onto the surface of the glass, hence the slight reddish colour. Every step of the process is done in the StoneArrow workshop, starting from cutting the pieces from bottles, to being finished with handmade recycled sterling silver hooks. BAD PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY THESE FOR YOUR DOG. They are made mostly of POLYPROPYLENE PLASTIC. It even says on the package - "CAUTION: Product is not intended to be eaten or ingested. If you believe your pet has swallowed a piece, please take away and contact veterinarian if needed. Our dachshund went to town on one of these and had diarrhea for two days and cost us several hundred dollars in vet bills to do x-rays and medicine for the poor dog. What do you think a dog is going to do with a dog chew? Just find another product. This one isn't worth it.
