The date letter is slightly rubbed but I believe it is for a period between 1970 1980. The whistle is in working condition and has been sanitised. I had the aerosol spray version of this and did not like it. Especially after I used it the second time and it stuck down spraying the entire container out. This one is so much easier to control and gives a lot nicer coverage. Pretty glitter for my daughter's hair and the smell is not overwhelming. Definitely recommend this.
