Dave Matthews Band - SPACManagement came to me wanting a red tailed hawk for this one which helped steer the ship. The last Dave I made loosely referenced "Dreaming Tree" and I wanted this one to pay homage to the track "Where Are You Going." The background shapes are references to a mariner's compass and other nautical guideposts. The whole thing has sort of a shimmery radiant stained glass mosaic tile type of feel to it. . Nothing but gristle!
Flavor Name: Lemon Pepper, Size: 8 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This stuff tastes good, but it is nearly impossible to chew. Biltong is not supposed to be this tough. They must be using the cheapest meat they can get their hands on. It is loaded with gristle. You could chew it all day and never get it to break down.

Amazing flavor!!!

This has to be the most amazing flavor I have had!!! Bought additional packs and sent to the family to enjoy as well. Also note that its very moist and not super dry like a lot of beef jerky. Whatever the process is, Brooklyn Biltong has it dialed in to perfection, well done!
