The vineyard has got South exposure, is at an altitude of 400 meters and is a over 40 year old. Big structure and character are the features of the Barolo from Monforte. The wines from Gramolere hill are characterized by delicate notes of herbs that melt into the typical complex scents of leather and liquorice.

These are the next best thing from Costco’s pig ears that aren’t always around. Of course these are twice as much from Costco but mine doesn’t have them in stock right now. These ears are great!
