It is either for two rows or cigarettes or a row of cigarillos as it is a little deep (but probably not long enough to fit cigars). It is in decent condition, there is some wear and a very tiny chip in one corner. It definitely still has that distinctive Bakelite smell! It measures about 4 3 8" by 3 3 8" and a little less than 1" deep.
