That said, I do notice a slight dryness after washing and drying my face, which surprised me a bit given the “hydrating” claim. One other small downside is that the packaging was a bit difficult to open. Still, overall it’s a gentle, easy-to-use cleanser that feels calming on the skin and doesn’t cause irritation.
