I was absolutely enthralled the entire time reading this book. I have read books on Lucid dreaming and have been fully lucid a couple of times so far. It has inspired me to want to put all my energy into successfully controlling my Astral travels. She lists common misconceptions and dangers to be aware of. She also has detailed outlines of how to journal properly, as to que your subconscious mind of how important it is to you on your conscious level. I always wondered what the difference between Astral travel and Lucid dreaming are and that is also explained in detail. She has so many fantastic methods to apply as you attempt to separate your Astral body from your physical body. I would absolutely 💯 percent suggest this book to anyone looking for valuable information and insight into the art of Astral Travel.
