Although its stamping shows it measures 3 feet by 5 feet, some shrinkage has occurred. The stars are screen printed, while the stripes are separately stitched. Nice and soft. These feel like a good hotel pillow. Just got them for my husband as he likes a "down alternative" pillow whereas I like something a bit firmer. He said he really loves them.
