Mike Watt used this bass for nearly every show over the next 4 5 years. bass was commissioned to achieve better tone & intonation. the bass is a massive part of the stooges live sound and watt's live sound, as usual, left a real impact on me from these gigs. this is a massive sounding instrument

Simple, easy, and strong

Kind of on the smaller side but for the price it’s just fine. Easy to install with just a screw driver if you can miss a stud, else you’ll need a drill. Strong enough to hold what a normal person would put on a shelf that size. No worries and it looks great
