Delivered sooner than promised. All pieces were present. All parts were in good condition. Assembly was done by a professional who thought the product was well done and needed very few adjustments. This got RAVE reviews when I wheeled it into a neighbor’s Thanksgiving celebration. The guests thought it was WAY more expensive than I paid. That said, the wheels aren’t all that great; the cart got stuck going into and out of the elevator. I had to lift the cart to get it over the track. But overall, I really like it. One caution. Read the instructions carefully so that the wine racks fit. I didn’t assemble it correctly, and it became apparent when the wine racks would not fit. But I was able to quickly disassemble the necessary sections, and reassemble them quickly.
