The affects of the lavender scent, that is supposed to be therapeutic, had no affect at all. Perhaps could have been a bit stronger not overwhelming where it causes headaches. Nice lotion for the skin but for me served no purpose. Sent back. Try other mindfulness approaches I've tried and work. Continue with these. Perhaps those that say it helps with sleep is more sensitive to the mild scent.
