WWII USAAF Officer's Chocolate Wool Service Jacket by Phila. Q.M. Depot Named to "Wexler" Size 38R (1944)Description This is an original WWII U. S. Army Air Force officer's service jacket manufactured on February 28, 1944, by the Philadelphia Quartermaster Depot. It is constructed of the iconic "chocolate" gabardine wool material. Inscribed on the jacket's lining is the surname of its original owner, "Wexler". A search of the National Archives unfortunately reveals too many results to be conclusive. It is a size 38R but please refer to the Measurements

Great socks!
